Todd, a LEED accredited professional engineer, works in concert with the firm’s Director of Civil Engineering, on a number of projects in the K-12, higher education, healthcare, and government market sectors. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina’s College of Engineering and Computing, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.

Todd is proficient in the use of computerized storm analysis and design programs and has developed construction documents using Autodesk Civil 360 AutoCAD and HydroCAD software. His designs include land planning / design of infrastructure systems (storm water, sanitary sewer, water distribution) and roadway design, in coordination with site design, on-site client meetings, and with technical review committees on several of the firm’s on-going projects.
