Tim is responsible for project development, including the initial design analysis, developing project budgets, code reviews, construction cost estimates, specification, and coordination of all project documents through the construction phase. He is highly experienced in projects ranging from complex renovations or additions to new or replacement facilities that encompass commercial, laboratory, industrial, and educational facilities. Many of these facilities have incorporated the design of office space, computer rooms, classrooms, conference rooms, lounges, storage / maintenance areas, food service areas, laboratories, process, and support areas.
