Phil brings 30 years of experience as an architect to each project. He has extensive Revit experience which he has shared with both architecture and engineering staff.

He participates in all phases of a project from marketing and pre-design through all design phases, contract documents, and construction contract administration support. He also participates in the building design and coordinates efforts between consultants and engineers. From early design through post-construction on the Glenn & Towers Residence Hall Renovation, Phil’s BIM expertise, building experience, and collaborative communication among designers, engineering consultants, and the contractor team were a key part of the success of this award-winning project for Georgia Tech.
