As Director of Mergers and Acquisitions, Maggie is responsible for building and maintaining the firm’s pipeline of acquisition opportunities. She is the firm’s primary representative responsible for developing and managing relationships with investment bankers, brokers, and consultants at the national level to support and expand SSOE’s M&A program. She is also responsible for evaluating prospective deals, assessing risks and opportunities, and overseeing the firm’s M&A and market-related research team.


Maggie joined SSOE in 2011 as a Marketing Coordinator and was promoted to several positions before becoming Director of Mergers and Acquisitions, including Strategic Opportunity Manager, Business Development Specialist, and Business Leader of Strategy. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Dayton in 2009 and served as Project Director for the Montgomery County Transportation Improvement District prior to joining SSOE.
