Lance has worked on numerous educational facilities throughout his extensive career and has been responsible for all phases of the architectural design process including programming, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and project management. This includes planning the aesthetic expression, coordinating the architectural team, the integration and coordination of engineering systems, and the selection of cost effective construction systems to maintain client budgets. His understanding of these construction systems and how they apply to renovations are a benefit to any district looking to renovate or add-on to existing facilities. With over 30 years of professional experience, Lance has been involved with many district-wide improvement programs.
