John, SSOE’s leading expert on fire alarm systems, holds a NICET Fire Alarm Certification of Level IV, the highest level achievable. With John’s certifications he has the ability to also certify, stamp, and submit drawings for record in jurisdictions that accept NICET. John has experience in fire alarm, intrusion detection, access control systems, video surveillance systems, and holds many certifications in each of these areas. John has served as an installer, designer, project manager, and construction manager and will act as a fire alarm discipline resource to ensure all requirements of national and state codes are met. He has a great deal of experience working in very large buildings retrofitting fire alarm systems.
