Heather has served as project lead on multiple renovation projects from programming and design development through construction administration. Having also served as LEED Administrator on LEED Certified projects, sustainability practices are inherent in her design process. Heather’s diverse project experience enables her to integrate unique design solutions into the team’s collaborative effort. She is tenacious about exceeding user requirements, even though typical project budgets cannot meet all user demands. Understanding the importance of the client’s role as part of the project team and remaining responsive to the client throughout the project are hallmarks of her approach to successful outcomes.
