Eric is the Director of Safety at SSOE Group where he oversees the development and implementation of a comprehensive safety management system across all SSOE locations, ensuring compliance with various regulations. Leadership commitment, employee empowerment/engagement, training, and continuous improvement are key components in maturing SSOE’s safety program. In addition, Eric focuses heavily on SSOE’s “Safety Always” culture by emphasizing a preventative and intrinsic approach to safety. Eric joined the firm in 2019 and brought a vast amount of expertise with him from the various roles he has held as an industrial hygiene consultant as well as a safety professional across multiple industries throughout his career. He earned his Bachelor and Associate degrees in Environmental Science from Mountain State University. He is a board-Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and is a Six Sigma Green Belt.
