David has extensive and diverse project experience in the commercial, healthcare, laboratory, industrial, and manufacturing fields. As a single point of contact for clients, he guides SSOE’s activities for all architectural and engineering disciplines through highly complex concepts. A primary focus of David’s career has been on energy conservation and energy efficient designs. He has extensive experience with unique projects involving energy recovery and photovoltaic, wind, and water power generation. In-house, David provides overall project supervision and guidance on a day-to-day basis. On-site, he offers several years of practical experience and problem solving capabilities.

David also has extensive experience in trouble-shooting and system analysis with over 20 years of facility survey work which has provided him with exposure to a wide variety of systems and design concepts all across the country.

David has worked with many of SSOE’s commercial clients on the renovations of their headquarters and office buildings. He knows what to look for and what to anticipate in a renovation project.
