Dana has 27 years of experience in project / design management, overseeing projects from concept to construction completion. She has been successful in managing and engineering projects involving the design of advanced technology facilities and chemical process systems across multiple industries, including EV battery and semiconductor facilities. She excels at establishing and maintaining positive client relationships and developing staff within her purview. Dana graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Oregon. As a Lean champion, Dana’s technical background has been instrumental in helping clients, jurisdictions, and project performers navigate the complexities of first-of-a-kind facility design amidst ever-changing market and process conditions. She is passionate about overseeing and developing continuous improvement initiatives, serving as a Lean coach, and facilitating integrated project delivery programs.
