Chris has served as the lead mechanical engineer for many federal facilities, including single and joint-use reserve centers throughout the United States. He has designed HVAC and plumbing systems, including domestic water, sanitary, natural gas, compressed air, and roof drainage systems. As an accredited LEED Professional, he has guided project teams through the LEED certification process, with the highest achievement being LEED Silver Certification. Chris is also an expert in the fields of forensic investigation, hurricane damage assessment, energy modeling, site surveying / mapping, and ground water sampling / monitoring. Chris’ strong attention to detail and ability to acquire new skills quickly are contributing factors to a project’s success.
