He has professional experience in all phases of planning, design, production and contract administration for a variety of project types including education, transportation, master planning, and sustainable design. His management skills allow him to work with owners, user groups, staff, and consultants to develop appropriate and successful design solutions. Bill is an NCARB-certified registered architect and LEED accredited professional and who brings leadership skills to every project.
