Adrienne has been with SSOE for over 18 years, progressing from a junior engineer to leading the Chemical Process division. She manages operations for process engineers, piping designers, instrumentation and controls, and project managers, supporting chemical clients with projects ranging from plant expansions to greenfield projects. Adrienne was appointed a board observer for SSOE’s Board of Directors in 2022, reflecting her significant contributions to the company. Beyond her responsibilities as a technical lead, Adrienne actively inspires young women to explore careers in STEM. As such, Adrienne participated in Zweig Group’s 2023 ElevateHER® cohort, a special task force comprised of individuals committed to promoting diversity and combating recruiting and retention challenges in the AEC industry. Additionally, she has received multiple accolades, including “Young Engineer of the Year” by both the Ohio Society of Professional Engineers (OSPE) and the Toledo Society of Professional Engineers (TSPE) and the Women of Distinction Award from the Girl Scouts of Western Ohio. Adrienne is active in the engineering community, co-chairing the Toledo Area Junior High MATHCOUNTS competition and serving on the TRSPE Board. She also volunteers for events promoting engineering to school-aged children, has led interactive workshops, and served as a keynote speaker at various events. Adrienne holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Dayton and became a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Ohio in 2010.
