TOLEDO, Ohio, July 2, 2020 – SSOE Group (www.ssoe.com), a global project delivery firm for architecture, engineering, and construction management, recently announced follow-up actions responding to racial equity and fairness at a company-wide town hall for employees, where the firm’s President and CEO Vince DiPofi, PE, made a statement of support following the death of George Floyd and the subsequent protests that occurred. SSOE has been ranked as a “Hot Firm” for the past 2 years, signifying that they are one of the fastest-growing architecture, engineering, planning, and environmental consulting firms in the United States. SSOE made a significant jump in the rankings, moving up more than 50 spots in 2018. Bob was asked a variety of questions regarding the firm’s thoughts and practices on the promotion of young and new leaders, retention of employees, the succession planning process, and diversity and inclusion initiatives—among other topics.
