SSOE’s Cathy Myers, PE, was recently asked to provide some insights to LCI’s inaugural edition of “5 Questions With…,”. The new column in their weekly newsletter is designed to delve into the Lean journeys and experiences of LCI members. In this edition, Cathy, who is also Chair of the LCI Board of Directors, shares her unique perspectives and valuable lessons from her Lean journey.
Cathy serves as President for SSOE’s global engineering operations. She joined the firm in July 2017 as the Strategic Business Unit Manager for Advanced Technology and was the first woman to be elected Chair of the Board in December 2020. Myers has been listed among Forbes’ Annual 50 Over 50 in the Innovation category, recognized alongside other remarkable women making strides in the world of STEM.
