TOLEDO, Ohio, April 17, 2025 – SSOE Group (www.ssoe.com), an architecture and engineering firm, is pleased to welcome Ramsey Callaway and Andrew (Drew) Heintz as Directors within the firm’s Technology Operations. Both individuals bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to their respective roles. Their addition further reinforces SSOE’s commitment to innovation and excellence in technology and data management, bringing additional value to our clients.
Callaway has been appointed as the Director of Data and Development. He brings a wealth of experience in software development, artificial intelligence, cloud platforms, and data analytics. In his new role, Callaway will oversee enterprise applications, software development, and data architecture and engineering. His team will enhance SSOE’s data and application landscape to enable innovation and effective governance across the organization. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration / Management Information Systems and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), both from Bowling Green State University.
Additionally, SSOE appointed Heintz as the Director of IT. He also brings extensive experience in leading technology teams. Known for his innovative and passionate approach to technology leadership, Heintz’s proven track record in information technology, product management, and strategic leadership will be instrumental in optimizing the firm’s enterprise systems and leading cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results. His expertise in driving innovation through end-to-end product lifecycle management and aligning IT strategies with business goals will be an asset to SSOE. Heintz holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science as well as a Master of Business Administration, both from Bowling Green State University.
