ATLANTA, Georgia, March 4, 2020 – SSOE Group (www.ssoe.com), an internationally ranked architecture and engineering firm, received the 2019 Silver Medal Award from The Atlanta Chapter of The American Institute of Architects (AIA Atlanta). In addition, Senior Architect Dee Leclair, AIA was awarded the 2019 James G. Fausett Service to the Profession Award. Both Stevens & Wilkinson and Leclair were recognized during AIA Atlanta’s annual “Build Something Great” Honor Awards.
The Silver Medal Award is, “the highest honor bestowed upon an architecture firm for its general excellence” from AIA Atlanta. SSOE | Stevens & Wilkinson received the award in recognition of their exceptional leadership and service to the profession across the region. The firm previously won this award back in 2010.
The James G. Fausett Service to the Profession Award honors an individual for their outstanding service to the architecture industry, specifically their leadership service in AIA Atlanta or for similar organizations.
