TOLEDO, Ohio, May 24, 2019 – SSOE Group (www.ssoe.com), a global project delivery firm for architecture, engineering, and construction management, is excited to announce that they provided engineering, architectural, and interior design services to Gilmore Jasion Mahler (GJM) for the firm’s new Toledo-area headquarters in Arrowhead Park. GJM is the largest public accounting firm in Northwest Ohio, with offices in Maumee and Findlay.
SSOE was responsible for engineering, including civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical, as well as, architectural, landscape architecture, and interior design services for this 24,000 SF addition and renovation project which will increase GJM’s current office space by 7,000 SF. The design will include offices with several open areas, conference rooms, and collaboration zones that will offer tucked-away areas with comfortable seating for informal group work. The building will also feature a café, learning center, and wellness room.
