LEÓN, Mexico, September 24, 2018 – SSOE Group (www.ssoe.com), a global project delivery firm for architecture, engineering, and construction management, announced the addition of Jaime Chema, Project Manager, and Carlos De Los Santos, Human Resources Manager, to their growing team in Mexico.
Jaime Chema brings over a decade of in-country project management experience and a wealth of knowledge on successful project execution in Mexico to SSOE’s León team. In Jamie’s previous work experience, he was responsible for infrastructure planning and construction, facilities upgrade and maintenance—including experience with on-site owner’s representation—supervision, and contractor coordination. He also served as a liaison between subcontractors, project managers, and stakeholders for development projects.
Jamie received his Master of Construction Project Management from Panamerican University, Master of Infrastructure and Utilities Management from Polytechnical University of Madrid, and his Bachelor of Architecture from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education. In addition, he is currently pursuing his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Carlos De Los Santos brings with him 15 years of experience in the human resource function, along with knowledge of the automotive industry in Mexico, which is a key market for SSOE. In his previous experience, he provided value to his operations business partners through designing training programs, evaluating compensation and benefits strategies, implementing performance management processes, and leading / supporting organizational change initiatives.
Carlos received his Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Development from The University of Texas at El Paso. In addition, he is currently pursuing his Master of Law from the Universidad del Valle de Mexico with an estimated completion of 2021.
