KEY STAFF ADDED AS SSOE’S BUSINESS GROWS IN ST. PAUL ST. PAUL, MINNESOTA
SSOE, Inc. ranked the 12th largest architecture and engineering firm in the US by Building Design and Construction in 2005, announces the growth of their recently opened St. Paul office. Business leader, Mr. David Smith and projects director; John Marrow along with engineering manager, Mark Hoffman. These professionals have considerable experience working together for an international consulting firm prior to joining SSOE. Their understanding of large and small projects delivery will provide excellent value to SSOE’s clients.
Mr. David Smith, PE is the business leader of SSOE’s St. Paul operation. Mr. Smith came to lead the office since its opening earlier this year. Today the office employs 16 professional staff. Mr. Smith is a Chemical Engineering Graduate with a Masters and BS from Iowa State University. He has over 30 years of professional experience and is a licensed in both the chemical and fire protection disciplines.
Mr. Marrow is a project director, with large-scale international project engineering and management experience. He has over 19 years of professional experience. Mr. Marrow has a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Northumbria at Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, United Kingdom. He is also a member of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers, United Kingdom, Project Management Institute and European Professional Engineers Association.
Mr. Mark Hoffman, PE is the engineering manager with project and engineering management experience in food processing, nutraceutical processing, renewable energy, ammonia refrigeration and food ingredient industries. Mr. Hoffman received his BS in Engineering from the University of Minnesota. He is co-inventor of a neutraceutical process and has led process development and scale-up projects. He is a licensed engineer in 12 states and two Canadian Provinces. He has over 25 years of experience and has worked with major food industry clients such as General Mills, Pillsbury and Keebler.
