ST. LOUIS, Missouri, August 21, 2019 – SSOE Group (www.ssoe.com), a global project delivery firm for architecture, engineering, and construction management, announced today that Kate Groop, Learning and Development Specialist, has been selected to present during BizLibrary’s ALIGN conference. This event will be held Monday, August 26th through Wednesday, August 28th at the Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark in Missouri.
On Tuesday, August 27th at 2:10 p.m., Kate will present “Understanding Adult Learning Needs for More Effective Training.” This session will give attendees a high-level understanding of the unique traits of adult learners, plus nine effective ways to put that understanding into action when designing programs. Additionally, it will provide teams the resources to start building effective and engaging learning programs—whether all in one office or around the world.
Kate is a member of SSOE’s learning and development team, dedicated to providing employees with the tools and knowledge they need to propel their future. She has a passion to create intellectually challenging, personally engaging learning experiences that integrate instructor-led, experiential, and technology-based learning. She specializes in establishing and enhancing talent development and employee training programs for SSOE. Kate is a graduate of the University of Saint Francis with a Master of Training and Development and a graduate of Holy Family University with a Bachelor of Arts.
