Fall is here. Here are some reminders during yard cleanup…

Wear protective gear (gloves, goggles, ear protection (if necessary), and appropriate clothing.

Follow safety procedures while using tools (power / non-power); make sure guards are in place on all power tools.

Check you local laws about burning leaves (We don’t recommend burning them, we recommend playing in them – except when they’re in the street!)

Be cautious of hidden objects in leaf piles (garden tools, animals, children, etc.)

Remember ladder safety. Maintain 3 points of contact. Watch for overhead lines that can electrocute you.

Have a 360 degree view in all areas when using equipment to ensure others are safe.
