At SSOE, we’re committed to fostering the next wave of talent through our year-round Student Co-op / Internship Program. In collaboration with esteemed ABET-accredited universities in close proximity to our offices, we’ve created a thriving ecosystem where education meets opportunity.
With an impressive roster of nearly 40 co-ops / interns at any given moment, we’re not just offering positions—we’re shaping futures. Our participants enjoy a suite of benefits including scholarship opportunities, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive support for licensure and certification.
But it doesn’t end there. As our co-ops and interns progress in their careers, they find a home with us. Our program is more than a stepping stone, it’s a launchpad. Many of our technical experts began as interns, and we take pride in our program being a conduit for full-time employment within SSOE.
